Sour Cherry Liqueur

The SOUR CHERRY CASTRO liqueur is produced from 100% natural wild sour cherry extracts.

The selected mature sour cherry fruit is compulsorily immersed for a period of time into the sweetness of sugar and the intoxicating spirit of flavoured alcohol, which results in Sour Cherry Castro liqueur that is prepared in a traditional way.

It can be served straight or on the rocks as a regular drink, chilled in small glasses, with soda, combined with Brandy Castro, Mastiha Castro liqueur, fresh citrus fruit juice, dark chocolate or with chilli sauce, or in cocktails.
