Cocktail Blue Thyme
Ingredients:
40 ml Campari
15 ml gin
10 ml honey syrup (1:1)
5 ml fresh lemon juice
1 lemon peel

Shake
Cocktail
Add all ingredients into a shaker minus the bitters. Shake, double-strain and pour into a “coupe” glass. Press a lemon peel between your fingers to extract the spray and garnish dipping it in the glass. Add Bitteráneo Mediterranean Thyme Bitters.
