Cocktail Amelie de Patras

Add in a highball glass the fresh strawberries and muddle them well, while pouring brandy and lime juice. Also add some ice cubes and a strawberry cut in four parts. Then, add Tentoura Castro liqueur, Strawberry Castro liqueur and stir with a bar spoon. Fill up with sparkling water and garnish with a strawberry.
