1 lemon peel

In a wine glass, add ice first, then Thyme Castro liqueur and Aperol. Stir well and top up with lemon tonic. Stir smoothly, dipping the lemon peels in the glass. Add Bitteráneo Mediterranean Thyme Bitters.
